Reservations and general conditions
The price of the menu is based on a minimum of 8 guests. An additional charge will apply for smaller groups: $5 per person for a group of 7, and $10 per person for a group of 6. A minimum of 6 menus will always be charged.
To ensure an optimal experience, the presence of a waiter is mandatory for the evening.

For groups of 10 people or less, the cost is $200.

For a group of 11 to 20 people or more, the presence of 2 waiters at the cost of $200 per server.

For a group of 21 people or more, the presence of 2 waiters and 1 kitchen assistant at the cost of $200 per waiter and kitchen assistant.
The menu price includes the presence of the chef during the evening, service plates, and travel within a 20 km radius around Beloeil. Please note that service is available outside of this area, but additional fees of $1.50/km will apply. Tips and applicable taxes are not included.
Our menus are available for groups of 6 to 30 people.
For an optional flat fee of $200 for a group of 10 or fewer (and $20 per additional person for a group of 11 or more), we handle your table setup (tablecloths and cloth napkins, cushioned table protectors, Villeroy & Boch wine glasses, David Shaw collection utensils, Laguiole steak knives and spreaders). You have the option to provide your own dishes or let us take care of everything for you.
A deposit of $20 per participant is required to confirm a reservation.
Conditions for evening changes and cancellations
Group size changes are allowed up to 1 week before the event date; otherwise, all meals will be charged according to the base offer accepted by the client. A minimum of 6 guests will always be charged.
In the case of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
If the event cannot take place, the date can be postponed to a later time, based on availability. If the postponement occurs 4 weeks or les prior to the event, the invoice will be adjusted by 10%. If the postponement occurs 1 week or less prior to the event, the invoice will be adjusted by 15%.
